We have lived on our 5 acre property in Bonny Doon since 2016. We were in Santa Cruz before that. We witnessed first hand how important defensible space was in saving our home during the CZU fire when so many of our neighbors unfortunately lost their homes. We hope to help people qualify for better rates on fire insurance and not loose their property in the next fire.
